Lead UX Researcher - Responsible for:

• End-to-end discovery - Define problem spaces, shape service design, support delivery, and guide iterations through to go‑to‑market.
• Design & product strategy - Determine what to build first and how to prioritise the roadmap.
• Foundations for scalable design system - Define MMP, information architecture, user profiles, and UX writing guidelines.
