User research

The best insights come from a blend of qualitative and quantitative research. What do the data points reveal about user behavior? Where are users dropping off? And most importantly—why? By combining field studies, observations, interviews, quick surveys, and larger data sets, I help uncover both what is happening and the reasons behind it.

User research is valuable throughout the entire process, from discovery (exploring the problem space) to delivery (refining final designs and experiences). At EGYM, I led 30+ user research initiatives, ensuring insights were decisive, actionable, and aligned with agile product development. At AJ&Smart, I contributed to 10+ design sprints, working with startups and enterprises like American Express to ground solutions in user needs and iterative research.

Visualising process, insights & journeys

Research reports alone aren't enough to drive action. By transforming findings into dynamic live assets — such as service blueprints, customer journey maps, and process flows — I ensure that insights lead to meaningful change.

At EGYM, I spearheaded a cross-functional initiatives to enhance the B2B experience by conducting stakeholder, observations surveys and customer interviews. These research projects pinpointed key friction points and led to the strategic prioritization of product interventions. My approach ensures that research findings are not just documented but actively drive decision-making.

Workshops & Faciliation

Great ideas come to life when teams collaborate effectively. Whether through Design Sprints, structured ideation sessions, or custom workshops, I help teams align quickly, test solutions, and move forward with confidence.

With experience facilitating 30+ workshops—including assumption workshops and rapid ideation sessions—I create engaging, results-driven environments. Additionally, I co-facilitate The Fountain Institute’s six-week "Facilitating Workshops" course, mentoring professionals on workshop design and execution.

Project Management & Operations

A well-managed project makes all the difference. Clear communication, expectation management, thorough documentation, and regular check-ins ensure that all parts run smoothly. I bring structure and clarity to projects, keeping teams aligned and focused.

At EGYM I created reusable templates for research plans, reports, workshops, a monthly working session focused on operations. Restructured our research repositiory and advocated for new softwares like Maze, UserInterviews, Condens which allowed us to recruit faster, do unmoderated tests and better synthesis our projects.

Digital design


With a background in Industrial Design, Human-Centered Design, and Spatial Design, I have a strong foundation in visual and digital design. I have hands-on experience with prototyping in Figma and Adobe XD, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to refine and visualize concepts that resonate with users.
